Phone call:
In a phone call, we will introduce ourselves, and I will ask you some key questions about your dream day and what that looks like for you.
skype/facetime:
On a FaceTime/zoom call, we will introduce ourselves and as on a phone call ask you key questions about your dream day and what that looks like for you. The only difference is over a FaceTime/zoom call; we would go over some inspirational photos based on what you described if an hour time is selected.
in-person:
If you are located in the Asheville area or can travel to Asheville, we can have an in-person consultation. This is for the married-to-be individuals who may already have a binder/ vision board and are adding me as a coordinator to help execute all these wants and organize your dream day. If you live further away but would like to meet in person, we can schedule that after a phone meeting!

FAQs
what if i can’t pay all at once?
I always stress that in this process, I completely understand that paying for the wedding itself is stressful, especially in recent years. I will do a payment plan with you if you need it! You’ll get email reminders monthly of how much you have paid and how much is due, but I will never hound you about it. All dues are expected to be paid at least 1 week prior to the wedding day.
what if i’ve already planned my wedding and just need help running my wedding day?
I will ask if you only need help on the wedding day to have a couple of meetings with me so I can see your vision to make sure the day runs the way you had planned. In short, yes, I am able and willing to do this!
what if my wedding is in 3-6 months from now?
I work with any timeline. If your wedding date is within 3-6 months, don’t stress that’s my job! We will have to have more frequent meetings to stay updated on how each step is progressing!
How far will you travel?
I am located in Asheville, NC. I would like to stay within a 2-4 hour radius from Asheville. If you’re four hours or greater away from Asheville, there will be a small travel fee as I’m budget-friendly but will need some compensation for mileage.
What if i’m in the middle of planning and need your help but it’s late?
I am a believer in open lines of communication! Once we have agreed on working together, you will have my phone number! You can text and call me at any time! I may not get back to you right that moment, but I will get back to you as soon as possible!
If I need you there for the smaller pre-wedding events, can you be there?
If my help is needed to coordinate the pre-wedding events and it’s scheduled at the beginning of the wedding planning process, I will be there! I’m here to support you and your partner through every step.
